The Royal Chef
Darren McGrady lives in Dallas, Texas where he is employed as a personal chef. He moved to the U.S.A. in May 1998 after 15 years of royal service: 11 years at Buckingham Palace and 4 years, until the tragic accident, as personal chef to Princess Diana.
He has appeared on the The Today Show and CBS Early show in New York, CNN covering the Royal Wedding, Good Morning Texas, CBS 11 and also BBC and SKY television and Radio in England as well as appearing three times as guest on CNN’s Larry King Live.
